Data Scientist

For one of my clients I am looking for a Medior or Senior Data Scientist.

This company is active in the Energy sector and has its headquarters in Den Bosch. It is an international environment with a state-of-the-art development department. The company is investing in becoming more data driven and more future proof. With its High-tech products, the company is expanding rapidly. It is an advanced environment to work in, but also very challenging in a good way. The company offer flexible working hours and remote work.

Function

As a Data Scientist you will work in a team of eight people. You work closely with a junior Data Scientist and the Product Owner. Your job is to develop models, predict the energy data and failure and work with time series and workloads. You have experience with Python, Deep Learning and preferably TensorFlow. The models that are being built will be put into production, so experience with this is important. AWS is also used in this company, but it is not the most important part. The most ideal candidate is a mix of a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer (who used several technologies such as Spark and Airflow). What is important is that you can give commitment to the company because the duration of the project is 2 years. In this project you get room for personal growth.

Function requirements

• Relevant work experience as a Data Scientist

• Development of (predictive) models

• Python

• TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Putting models in production

• Deep learning (beneficial)

• AWS (beneficial)

• Knowledge of Time series (beneficial)
