Feature Engineer / Technical Business Analyst

For a globally leading financial client in the Netherlands, I am urgently looking for a Feature Engineer / Technical Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be analysing and refining the more complex new business requirements together with the Product Owner, consumers and the teams that develop the product.

Required

• At least 3-5 years of experience as (technical) business analyst for innovative products in a technology environment

• Experience and functional knowledge in the authentication, approval and security domain within digital channels

• Be able to listen to our consumers, understand their needs and find elegant and simple solutions to develop new product features

• Be able to communicate on a business and technical level, and bridging the gap between both

• Technical understanding of different levels of abstraction and systems you will be building

• Work together with the engineering squad(s) to determine the best technical solution

• Document the new features, create sequence diagrams and other visuals to help consumers use the new product features in their web and mobile solutions

• Always want to learn and grow, never hesitate to tackle things hands-on to make it happen

• Agile experience
