Digital Workspace Specialist

Background

This client is in the process of transitioning their current traditional Enterprise Voice solution into a modern cloud Microsoft Teams based solution. The assignment is focused on working within the Unified Communications (UC) DevOps team and supporting both the UC Team and also the client user communities to understand what the options are and to build out on the Microsoft technology and help define the strategy and way forward looking at the Enterprise Voice ambitions for 2020.

Responsibilities

• Work within and as a member of the UC team - part of Digital Workplace;

• Help the UC team understand the options and administration of Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for the modern Enterprise Voice solution;

• Help the UC team to investigate the requirements to support the best End User Experience;

• Help the UC team to investigate the additional services and roles required to implement a modern cloud based Microsoft Teams solution enabling the Enterprise Voice platform;

• Help to understand the vision, roadmap and adoption required to support the end to end implementation and integration of the solution;

• Assist the UC team with the pilots planned for UC&C in Q3 2020

• Prepare and organize knowledge sharing sessions for the UC team;

• Provide guidance to the UC team to “Make UC Work”

Skills

• HBO/WO Skilled

• Expert Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business and Teams platforms

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

• Coordination and interview skills
