You will be part of the Sensing team to change the ACPD’s (Adjustment, Calibration, Performance Diagnostic tools). Tools will need to change to make them ready for the new environment. The sensing team uses images. For this role programming in C# is the main skill needed. Ability to read Matlab is handy. No multi-threading skills are required. The Physic’s team will document the requirements. Those documents needs to be understood. The Developer will have a buddy in the Physics team to help understand the environment well. As a developer you have to cope with the fact that deeply understanding the background of the system you work for is not possible. High level understanding is sufficient. There will be a high level of interaction with the physics team.
The team might grow towards SAFE next year.
