For a client in the Amsterdam region I am looking for a Digital Forensic Investigation Lead. In the role of Digital Forensic Investigation Lead you will be the organization expert on Security incidents. You will be responsible for proactive investigation to prevent security incidents, reactive investigations, escalations from the security operations team and to be the subject matter expert for the organization. Areas of security incidents could be computer misuse, unauthorized disclosures of sensitive or classified information, intellectual property theft, conflicts of interest and mishandling sensitive or classified information.

Tasks

• Leading incident response activities/investigations

• Quality assurance of the policies

• Proactive and reactive investigation

• Leading all phases of Digital Forensic examination

Who are you?

• Minimum of 7 years work experience in the IT or information security field;

• Experience with forensic software suites, such as FTK, Axion and F-response

• Communicative and proactive character;

• Following the trends and news on information security;

• Broad knowledge of IT aspects

o Networking
o Virtual environments
o File Systems
o Forensic images
o Office365 security
o Hosting environment

• Relevant certifications such as CCE, GIAC, GCFE are a pré

• Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus
