Test Environment Build Co-ordinator - Middleware

A fantastic opportunity for a Middleware Test Expert for my global client in Germany

Requirements

• Should have relevant experience on UNIX, IBM MQ, & WEBLOGIC proficiency in setup, managing and maintaining Linux environment.

• Should have good knowledge in WebSphere MQ v9.0 Installation, Configuration and administration on LINUX/SOLARIS/AIX.

• Knowledge on SFTP/SCP/ FTPS

• Candidate should have wide understanding of infrastructure components and experience in troubleshooting issues quickly.

• Providing support & Monitor for SIT, UAT, LTE, Pre-Prod environments.

• Ability to detect and troubleshoot Server related CPU, memory, disk space, user related and other resource issues.

• Knowledge in any shell scripting language like Shell/Perl/Python.

• Ensuring full compliance of the Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Incident handling (manage and solve incident using ServiceNow), Problem management & resolution, Root Cause Analysis, Change Management

• Documenting administration procedures and maintaining operations run book.

• Responsibilities include troubleshooting problems as reported by users, supporting Web applications and messaging services.

• Middleware knowledge on installation, configuration and deployment of software.
