This organization is looking for a Senior Email marketing specialist a.i. to prepare a tender for a new email platform (initially 3 months). The job is completed following the successful supplier selection and the delivery of a implementation roadmap. The contract may be extended into the implementation phase (tbd)

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist

• Track record in implementing email platforms

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Ability to absorb internal and external inputs to define a product vision and strategy

• Collect and understand quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong knowledge of the market and suppliers

• Fluent in English

• (Near) native Dutch speaker

Job description

• They aim to replace the current systems by one e-mail platform to provide them with a 360 customer view to grow customer loyalty, enable cross- and upselling and improve customer satisfaction.

• Identify business needs for process communication and marketing campaigns, as well as data insights and translate them into product and system requirements

• Identify and describe key processes and events that trigger transactional mails and marketing mails including the required templates

• Define system requirements including dashboarding, A/B testing, usability, etc.

• Define (potential) interfaces with other communication platforms and customer service

• Prepare a decision document for our senior leadership incl. a roadmap for implementation

• Prepare a business case with costs & benefits, Work closely with IT and Procurement to write an RFP document

• Support the business, IT and procurement in the supplier selection
