Controller Regulatory Reporting

As part of the regulatory reporting team you will have a diversified responsibility within a dynamic environment. You will participate in the complete process of regulatory reporting to the banking supervisor De Nederlandsche Bank. This process entails preparing regulatory reporting policies to submitting regulatory reports to DNB and every step in between: preparing and analyzing regulatory reports, improving regulatory reporting processes, improving regulatory reports, report and present regulatory KPI's to internal stakeholders and building en improving dashboards. Together with the team you will help us automating the data flows to make the regulatory reporting process more efficient and robust.

Preparing and analyzing regulatory reports and KPI's to DNB in Excel and other tools
Participation in Finance Transformation: set up requirements for automation of data flows
Analyzing and implementing upcoming regulatory requirements
Improvement of processes, regulatory reports, analysis and dashboards

The team
Currently about 16 professionals combined are part of the Finance & Control team of Aegon Bank N.V. The Finance & Control department is split into Business Control, Financial Control and Regulatory Reporting and is responsible for both reporting internally and externally of the results of the Aegon Bank and the Knab label. The regulatory reporting team is responsible for preparing and analyzing the regulatory reports and KPI's to DNB, implementation of upcoming regulatory requirements, preparing and updating regulatory reporting requirements.

Your profile
You have more than 7 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting
You have knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (Basel, CRR, CRD)
You have experience with the following regulatory reports: LCR DA, NSFR and preferably AER and COREP.
You have a master degree in Business and Economics
You have excellent analytical skills and a critical attitude
You are eager to learn, result driven, pro-active, structured and a team player.
