With custom development within Data & Analytics we create data-driven applications and information products.

Skills

Software Developer with Data affinity (you will join a Data & Analytics - Business Intelligence department)
We work based on the Microsoft stack: Angular10 frontend, .NET Core backend / api, SQL / Stored Procedures in SQL (Server) everything is automated with CI / CD
At least a little bit of creative / Frontend / Data visualisation
Backend C # is a part, but usually not very exciting (API as a conduit). Logic is mainly in the frontend (Angular2 +) and in the database (we also have BI Developers for that)
Pre: we do things with Azure
In the coming quarter I also expect some conversion of existing applications, so less new construction.

Personal characteristics

14 applications, team of 5 full stack developers
movement made to collaborate on projects, so no solo projects many more.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, seeing business opportunities, but understanding: every hour costs time and money
Reason for hiring is extra capacity / hands, so not necessarily helping with advice / professionalisation
There is some pressure to deliver. We work in sprints and every sprint we have sprint goals that match the quarterly goals.
We are open to good input / improvements / suggestions, but in joint consultation (we plan a session therein advance with all developers to discuss this) and the developer
should not expect everything to be done to his will is put.
