Wij zijn met spoed op zoek naar een medior systeembeheerder.

We are looking for an IT Administrator ASAP.
The best is to have the IT Administrator the latest on Monday March 15th - to do the maximum knowledge transfer from current IT’er who is leaving the company on March 19th.

• Be responsible for administration and sustain the expected availability of infrastructure and IT systems

• Control the system backups, proceed with upgrades and IT technology innovations

• Be responsible for IT security compliance of the computer network and the entire IT infrastructure of KONI.

• Administration and control the proper data backup of the assigned systems (and related IT infrastructure and applications)

• Administration of existing ISP connections and pool of IT contracts implemented on site

• Technical service of PCs, peripheral devices, network devices and cabling.

• Support for IT infrastructure and environmental systems in the Server Room

• Securing computer data in the event of system or computer failure, etc. and dealing with potential data recovery if required

• Support for production systems

• Support for users on their daily work in IT systems – in the IT matter out of scope of Corporate Technical Assistance Center (Global Helpdesk Team) .

• Coordination of activities related to engineering, design, installation, operation and development of IT systems and software.

• Updating and adapting the currently implemented IT systems of the company to the current corporate standards / security requirements in the field of IT systems and infrastructure.

• Support for the purchase, installation and maintenance of approved volume of hardware, software, local servers and peripherals.

• Inventory and decommissioning of the company IT assets.

• Maintaining contacts with IT suppliers.

• Providing support for end users to define and develop specifications for new or modified technological solutions of IT systems and applications as also for IT related tools

• Support, maintenance and administration of the IT system access matrix and IT systems security (mainly in Active Directory).

• Support for the protection of technical, personal and intellectual property data

• Coordination and management of IT projects at local range and global range

• Ensuring compliance with industry and IT audits, implementing the recommendations of post-audit applications and ensuring compliance with applicable IT procedures.

• Reporting in accordance with the applicable organizational structure

• Taking care of the workplace

• IT projects like PC Refresh, manual Upgrade of Win 10 and so on.
