GDPR Privacy Project Consultant

For a fast-growing Fintech company based in Amsterdam we're looking for a GDPR Privacy Project Consultant. This project will be fully remote for a minimum of 6 months, fulltime, starting March.

• Data-entry, logging all the GDPR processes and making sure they are correct

• Conducting DPIA’s and maintaining the record of processing activities

• Mapping out potential risks, identifying which privacy and compliance topics are already covered and which can be improved

Profile

• A Master's degree law (or comparable), specialized in data protection and compliance law and preferably knowledgeable in IT and / or compliancy related law;

• Relevant privacy certification e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant international experience in various privacy or compliancy roles;

• -Proven knowledge of privacy and compliance laws and regulations, for example GDPR, CPPA;

• -Proven and strongly developed business sense and interest in technology to be able to work with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multicultural and multidisciplinary environment

• Excellent Excel skills, OneTrust is a bonus

• A self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• €90,- tot €100,- a hour
