We are split into contract and permanent divisions. These are divided again into vertical markets with teams of consultants specialising in specific products or technologies. The advantage for the client and candidate is that each consultant understands the technical and soft skills required for each and every role they work on. The consultant working on your role will spend all their time networking among candidates specific to the skill set you require, providing you with greater understanding and candidate control. Consultants can advice on specific market conditions and provide candidate salary rates. They have pinpoint market knowledge of where best to find the ideal candidate and understand clearly the difference between contract and permanent requirements and are able to tailor our services to your needs.
