SEMPAI was founded by Kenneth de Weerd en Arjan Luijken. Kenneth has extensive experience in the business. Back in 2000, he established the first "Customer Contact Center" (unamic.com) in the Netherlands, in a time when there were only ‘Call’ Centers. Arjan Luijken also has extensive international experience within this business, having played executive roles in both the operational, as well as the project management field, for some of the largest contact centers in the world.
