I have been responsible for countries’ business engagement (all global operational teams), gap analysis / countries’ participation in testing (ORTs) and post deployment support. Currently I am supporting the Global Sourcing in India, exp in the area of Supplier Order Processing.
I managed a post sales team of 12 people. Their key responsibility was to control delivery of telecom services ( MPLS / IA/ frame /IPL etc) e2e to the end customer ( B2B). My employees are single points of interface in the delivery process towards our end customers.
Department Manager: I led a team of 20 employees covering 24x7 Service. The employees were the single points of contact to the customers (community of engineers). Controlling deliveries of hardware from A to B throughout EMEA and keeping customers up to date about the progress.
Key process leader: I supported the department manager by coaching the employees, getting them skilled up to the required operational level. Additionally, I dealt with logistics issues in the escalation mode, I performed compliance testing and I was highly involved in the contact with third party (logistics )suppliers .
I was single point of contact to the customers (community of engineers). My key responsibility was controlling deliveries of spare parts end to end throughout EMEA ( Europe, Middle East and Africa) and keeping customers continuously posted about the progress.
Inside sales agent: My focus was on small and medium business, selling lease contracts by phone. Additionally, I supported the outside sales with drawing up contracts, data entry, checking of contracts with customers and follow up.
Country Representative: My responsibility was to represent and support Spain, Portugal and Israel relating centralized activities in logistics (planning, transport, procurement etc). Local issues / and or situations needed to be taken into consideration. Mainly, it was the translation of procedures / processes into centralized ones and vice versa.
Sub Project Leader: During this same period I led a sub project relating hot urgent orders of spare parts into EMEA countries. Paramount was the balance between efficiency and effectiveness of service.
Service Delivery Coordinator: I was single point of contact to the customers (community of engineers). My key responsibility was controlling deliveries of spare parts end to end in the UK and keeping the customers continuously posted about the progress.
Customer service agent private accounts: Direct communication with customers both in writing and by phone (in- & outbound calls).
