I have many years experience in ICT, the last few years mainly as a manager of development and maintenance departments. Besides having to achieve the department objectives I was also responsible for coaching and developing the employees, this included the yearly review cycle. Improvement projects for the IT-services, culture changing projects, professionalization of the employees were some of the more important activities.
For example: Introduction ITIL, BISL, TMAP.
