Project Leader IAM

We are looking for a Project Leader IAM in the north of the Netherlands.

Organization

A forward-thinking organization is seeking a Project Leader IAM in Groningen, to oversee and streamline their identity and access management initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access control solutions that align with the organization’s security objectives and compliance standards.

Function

As the Project Leader IAM, you will be responsible for managing IAM-related projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of IAM solutions, and driving the overall success of IAM implementations. You will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, balancing technical requirements with business needs.

Function Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in project management in IAM environments;

• Knowledge of IAM frameworks, processes, and tools (e.g., RBAC, PAM, SSO, MFA, SCIM);

• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST;

• Proficient in stakeholder management and capable of translating technical concepts into business language;

• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively;

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage;

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or certifications related to IAM are a plus.

Job Requirements

• 32-40 hours per week;

• Good hourly rate;

• 9-month project;

• Possibility of extension;

• Start date beginning of January;

• Dutch is mandatory;

• Hybrid working model.
