Rental & Fleet Care Specialist

As a Rental & Fleet care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure every camper rental runs smoothly — from first booking to final handover.

This hybrid position combines hands-on work at our location in the Amsterdam area with remote tasks that support our growing rental operations. You’ll meet customers in person for handovers and orientations, help with light maintenance or cleaning, and occasionally transport campers for servicing. Behind the scenes, you'll manage bookings, assist travelers by phone or online, and help coordinate our operations and logistics.

Tasks include

On location / field tasks:

* Performing client orientations and walkthroughs

* Managing camper handovers and returns

* Handling light repairs and cleaning

* Transporting campers to service locations (bike back if needed)

Remote tasks:

* Managing bookings and customer communication

* Coordinating cleaning and maintenance schedules

* Overseeing service and repair logistics

* Claims handling

* Generating new leads for camper rental management

What You Bring:

* Strong planning and communication skills

* A friendly, service-minded attitude

* Confidence handling small conflicts (e.g. damage reports)

* Ability to stay calm under time pressure

* Hands-on approach — not afraid to fix a drawer or deliver keys by bike!

* Dutch and English spoken

* Must hold a valid Category B driver’s license
