You operate at the intersection of people, processes, and compliance, ensuring stakeholders understand, embrace, and effectively implement new ways of working related to IT controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
The COCKPIT Program is transforming how ASML manages regulatory and control requirements by creating a single integrated framework covering Information Security, IT General Controls (ITGC), Data Risk, NIS2, SOX, and other regulatory obligations. Success depends not only on designing controls but on engaging stakeholders, building awareness, and embedding controls into daily operations.
You work closely with program leadership, sector representatives, control owners and executors, process experts, and Communication & Change Management teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption across a complex, global IT landscape.
