Job Mission
The productivity professional collaboration is responsible for making the end users use our productivity tools more effectively and efficiently. The system & software engineer is responsible for training site owners and end user in our collaboration suite, which is predominately based on Microsoft technology.

Job Description

The System & Software Engineer Collaboration

• Sets up site owner and end user trainings and training material

• Executes classroom and virtual classroom training in the collaboration suite. This includes training on tools, like SharePoint, Office, Lync, but also scenario training like smarter meetings

• Trains all AMSL secretaries in the collaboration suite

• Creates content for the collaboration portal and learning center

• Creates CBT

• Business consultancy on how to best use collaboration tooling to create business value add

Education
At least Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
7+ Years of relevant working experience in IT training and education, and 5+ years in the Microsoft collaboration domain. Excellent knowledge of Collaboration processes and Microsoft tools. Must know SharePoint 2010 and preferably Office 365.

Personal skills
As you will be working in a small team, we expect you to have not only excellent delivery skills, but also strong stakeholder management capabilities, organizational and environmental sensitive, proactive, analytical, team player, result oriented and pragmatic attitude, planning and prioritization skills, strong inner drive, positive continuous improvement attitude, fluent in Dutch and English. In depth knowledge of the Microsoft collaboration tools is a must, and also superior communication and training skills.
