The client is looking for a Project Management Officer who is highly focused on process management and improvement. Hence, this is not a support role. The candidate will be working in the central PMO team that manages the global delivery framework and assures alignment across all countries & global functions.
Roles and responsibilities
Maintain the global delivery framework & governance process
Provide training
Create training decks
Identify opportunities for PMO process improvement / enhancement
Define business requirements
Align business requirements with tooling departments to create functional / technical design
Knowledge & Skills
Strong communicator
Ability to lead workshops & manage stakeholders accordingly
Process improvement background
PMO / Clarity experience preferred (not in a PMO support rol)
Quality focussed
Experienced working with PowerPoint / Process mapping tools (Visio)
Industry background
Experience in telecom
