IAM Quality Controller

Identity & Access Management is one of our IT spine services and will become even more important in the next years (mainly driven by increased Security requirements) it must become more robust and end-user friendly.
We need to constantly be on top of the new technologies in order to serve on time new demands.
We have several projects impacting Identity & access management (IAM) services due to integrations, divestments and improvements. IAM services include enterprise logon through Active Directory and several directories, Single Sign-on platforms, Identity management services (provisioning) platforms and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) among others.
We are expected to merge with another company. This means that also the Identity & access management (IAM) services must integrate. IAM services that need to be integrated include enterprise logon through Active Directory and several LDAPs, Single Sign-on platforms and Identity management services (provisioning) platforms.
There is a need to improve data quality in the different IAM components and on the processes managing that data.

∙ Facilitate the preparation of the integration
∙ Transfer quality processes to Service Provider

Responsibilities

The IAM Quality Controller will be responsible for

∙ Assuring for a good data quality of the data hold on IAM technology and processes managing that data;
o Analyses existing data and works together with the IAM Service Manager to achieve the best quality
o Evaluates existing processes where data is being managed and provides improvements
o Works with Service Manager to put in place accepted improvements
o Transfers to Service Providers the knowledge to keep data quality as its best by monitoring data and processes
o Reports to the Manager IAM

Requested skills
∙ 3-5 years’ experience in improving data quality
∙ Knowledge on a functional and conceptual level of IAM solutions and platforms
∙ Experienced in working in a global dynamic organization and migration program
∙ People manager, understands how to work and lead multi-cultural project teams
∙ Experienced in managing data from Data Base, LDAP and macros with excel
∙ Business English is a must, project language is English
∙ Good communication skills
