Implementatieconsultant

To roll out the IT/HR system over several countries our client located in Amsterdam West we are recruiting an implementation consultant on a temporary basis.

The Position

The key purpose of the role is to provide close support to the HR community and indirectly, to all employees and managers, by leading on the roll out of the HR IT system Sap Success Factors’ in one or more specified countries or geographical regions. The focus will be on the capability module.

Key Requirements

You have a HBO degree.
You are experienced in both HR and IT.
You have excellent project management skills and preferably have led a similar implementation.
You are analytically strong, great problem solving skills. Y
ou have a proactive attitude, good communication skills.
You are fluent in both English and Dutch

The Organization

Our Client is as an manufacturer is active in Germany and Spain. As part of a bigger IT project they are going to implement the HR system of it.
