You are an expert communicator who isn't afraid to speak his mind.
You are a real team player who enjoys motivating the team and create a high performance environment
You have an agile mindset and pass this on to the rest of the team.

Expert organiser and hosting day to day scrum ceremonies.

Flexible/Adaptable attitude to day to day issues and a real problem solver.
