Job Description:
Time writing is executed by almost all employees either for a payroll purpose or a management controlling purpose or both. The activity is perceived by our employees as an administrative burden which can be executed more efficiently. Next to that the way this is executed is not standardized: various different applications are used which are not user friendly, consume too much time to execute the activity and often are connected to an Excel based backend process. The result being that: the registered time is inaccurate, incomplete, not timely and even not compliant. This hampers the primary goal of the process to deliver accurate management information and payroll data.

The TimeManager UI project is part of a larger program which aims to support and enable our growth ambitions. The program with it’s main pillars to simplify, standardize and slash silo’s is the opportunity to align this process worldwide and implement a global and standardized way of working for Time writing which includes the use of a Standard and User Friendly User Interface which is also available on a mobile telephone.

• Manage the triple constraints (scope, time and resources) of the project using the applicable project management methodology; (based on) PMBOK.

• Managing the IT resources to successfully develop and test the IT deliverables.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of practical experience in Project Management

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methods and tooling.

• Experience with SAP Timesheet/CATS and time management process is a pre
