Scrum Master

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master which will guide the Monitoring teams in Houten. This team is responsible for the CA/Broadcom applications platform. We deliver monitoring services for large enterprise customers, as well as Intern departments. The teams are working via the agile/scrum way of working. We are facing the challenge to renew our product portfolio which means you will join a dynamic, diverse team.

You as a Scrum master will not be limited to the boundaries of your team. We also expect you to be coaching the surrounding organization stepping out of our silo and influencing and inspiring the environment. The combined efforts will enable your team(s) to work autonomously as much as possible.
We expect you to be able to tackle complex team and environment challenges which are ranging on all levels of content. We also expect you to know how to stand up to and cope with corporate dynamics and defend the Technium core beliefs.
As the teams are multinational we expect you to be able to communicate effectively in both English and Dutch.

Werkzaamheden

• You are Scrum Master of 3 component teams and do whatever it takes (teach, guide, mentor, tell or say) to bring these teams to a state of continuous improvement;

• The transformation from external staff and personnel, towards a team containing equals;

• You are experienced enough to have real impact on the transformation in your environment (Agile Coaching).

• Coaching the team and individuals

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices;

• Support and coach the Product Owner and stakeholders to make sure the teams are working on items that give highest value to our customers using practices like MVP, Story Mapping etc;

• Play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement both inside and outside the team;

• Challenging the teams on mindset, attitude, process and technical improvements to grow to high performing;

• Care for our people and play a vital role in their development.

Functie eisen

• You will have a deep passion for people and operation

• Coaching experience. Both individuals and teams;

• Proven experience working in a REAL Agile environment and hybrid constructs;

• Thorough working experience in a multitude of roles preferably also as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach;

• Knowledgeable about DevOps, LeSS scaling

• Knows how to deal with interpersonal dynamics in teams and be able to break through even the hardest of deadlocks;

• Be able to challenge engineering practices (e.g. continuous integration & delivery & deployment, test driven development, automation);

• Being bilingual both in English and Dutch

• Bringing a positive critical attitude combined with humor would be a Pré
