technical web entrepreneurs - where are you?

When starting a start up you have to believe in the success of your product or service with a vision of growth. That is usually the easiset part as a business person. Having the technical expertise of like minded people and the budget is usually the challenge. I am therefore looking to build my network of entrepreneurial web designers and developers who care about content(inhoud), partnership and the vision of success rather than a fixed fee. If you are such a technical web entrepreneur who doesn't mind taking risks, or recognize yourself as a marketing entrepeneur in this scenario and have tips, I'd love to hear from you.
